We had to give it a go too!
In the last few days, several people have had the pleasure of experiencing a special art project. Inspired by good old-fashioned station training from the physical education, Eldrid Schrøder Kvalvik has developed an artistic station training that trains the ability to flow, creativity and spontaneity in a workshop where both head and body are set in motion. Playful, harmless and inspiring. Thematically, the station training revolves around literature, art and the future.
On Monday, middle school students were allowed to try it, and today employees from the cultural quarter had a go. Tonight is for young adults.
I was drawn in straight away!

It was amazing how quickly one was swept along. At the end of the process, one felt that it was an exciting way to reflect about things, as perhaps one should.
It would have been interesting to use the methodology on other topics. Maybe we should do that with all of our activities in the districts and the city centre! It would be a wonderful participatory process.
So if you get the chance to try the project of artist Eldrid, just say YES and join in!
Kind regards
